SPOTIO requires a meticulous Content & Media Marketing Contractor to manage and enhance content distribution across various channels, including social platforms, email newsletters, blogs, and videos, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with company objectives. This part-time position (15-20 hours weekly) offers remote flexibility with required office presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in Addison, and potential for full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support SPOTIO’s social media efforts on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube through planning, scheduling, posting, and audience interaction.
  • Handle daily content tasks such as creating social media updates, short videos, blog layouts, case study highlights, and preparing campaign materials.
  • Aid in producing SPOTIO newsletters including the Sales Pulse for customers and LinkedIn Prospect Newsletter, focusing on formatting, content selection, and prompt distribution.
  • Manage the podcast guest pipeline for From the Field by handling outreach, bookings, preparations, and promoting episodes on social channels post-production.
  • Collaborate with content, video, and design teams to repurpose long-form materials like blogs, webinars, case studies, and podcasts into engaging short-form content for social and email use.
  • Facilitate video production and sharing via YouTube by managing uploads, titles, thumbnails, tags, playlists, and adaptations for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts.
  • Track analytics for social and content performance to spot trends, evaluate results, and suggest improvements that boost engagement and conversions beyond surface-level metrics.
  • Keep abreast of new platforms, trends in social media, creator formats, and competitor strategies to maintain a dynamic and pertinent SPOTIO online presence.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media management, content coordination, or digital publishing.
  • Proficiency in writing, editing, and proofreading.
  • Knowledge of content calendars and multi-channel processes.
  • Familiarity with social platforms, interview techniques, and basic SEO.
  • Highly organized, focused on deadlines, and committed to quality.
  • Adept at working with writers, designers, and product marketing teams.
  • Preference for SaaS or B2B background.
