Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and proofread high volumes of AI-generated legal blogs and landing pages in English and Spanish for grammar, clarity, and SEO optimization
- Ensure legal accuracy, industry compliance, and brand alignment in all bilingual content
- Optimize readability, engagement, and conversions while following on-page SEO guidelines
- Organize and update content for SEO best practices and maintain accuracy across materials
- Collaborate with content managers to refine workflows and identify training opportunities
- Track and manage high-volume workloads to consistently meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish with expertise editing content for U.S. Hispanic audiences, using region-specific vocabulary and cultural nuance
- 2+ years of copywriting, copyediting, or content editing experience, with SEO or legal content preferred
- Expert-level editing, proofreading, and content refinement skills
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience with associated tools including Ahrefs, SEMrush, Surfer SEO, and Google Search Console
- Proficiency with content management systems such as WordPress or ClickUp
- Experience with AI writing tools, prompting techniques, and editorial platforms including Grammarly and Copyscape
- Track record working in high-volume content environments and coordinating editorial workflows
