Key Responsibilities
- Plan and own the content funnel from traffic acquisition through conversion to sustained business impact
- Create, publish, measure, and optimize content across landing pages, product pages, articles, tutorials, comparison pages, and email campaigns
- Source and convert internal expertise from product, development, support, and customer-facing teams into differentiated content
- Apply SEO, GEO, analytics, AI-search visibility, customer research, and business metrics to guide decisions
- Identify bottlenecks, run experiments, and iterate on performance to improve outcomes
- Build repeatable systems for content production, optimization, measurement, and iteration
- Take full ownership of content-driven business results rather than focusing solely on output
Qualifications
- Experience in a product IT company with demonstrated measurable business impact from content initiatives
- Proven ownership of content performance, not just creation
- Hands-on expertise in SEO, GEO, analytics, experimentation, and content optimization
- Track record of influencing traffic, conversions, adoption, retention, or revenue through content
- Active use of advanced AI workflows with ability to design, operate, and explain them
- Comfort with building systems, testing ideas, and improving processes independently
- Technical capability across HTML semantics, structured data, GEO, AI-search visibility, and LLM optimization
