Seeking a data-focused Creative Strategist to devise effective marketing initiatives on digital channels, blending innovation with analytics to create engaging narratives, oversee content development, and enhance campaign outcomes for optimal results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative strategies for paid and organic marketing campaigns
  • Analyze performance data to inform creative direction and optimization
  • Collaborate with media buyers, designers, and copywriters to produce high-converting ads
  • Generate fresh content ideas aligned with brand voice and audience insights
  • Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Write or guide ad copy, scripts, and messaging frameworks
  • Test and iterate creatives across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, digital marketing, or performance marketing
  • Proven experience developing ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions
  • Strong understanding of platforms like Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into creative direction
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (design, media buying, content)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Nice-to-Have: Experience in DTC, eCommerce, or SaaS marketing
