As Driftrock’s inaugural content and product marketing specialist, you will develop compelling narratives to enhance the company’s authority in automotive marketing, empower sales efforts, and cultivate a community of professionals in the field, while owning the function from inception.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on customer and market insights, converting them into positioning, messaging, and content across the buyer journey.
  • Develop clear go-to-market resources like sales decks, one-pagers, and narratives to help the sales team deliver a unified, distinctive message.
  • Establish and manage a thought leadership initiative, using internal knowledge, data, and industry trends to create webinars, guides, articles, and social posts that boost brand credibility in automotive marketing.
  • Collaborate with the data team to transform platform benchmarks and industry data into insightful content, positioning Driftrock as the leading source on lead generation, conversion, and performance in automotive marketing.
  • Work with commercial and customer success teams to develop case studies in versatile formats for sales, events, and online use.
  • Manage sales enablement materials such as competitive battlecards, objection-handling guides, and conversation aids to equip the sales team against competitors.
  • Lead product marketing for new features and launches, including positioning, messaging, sales readiness, and promotional content.

Qualifications

  • 3–6+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, content marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong writing skills across various formats, from social media posts to in-depth guides and sales documents.
  • Ability to distill complex technical products into straightforward, engaging stories.
  • Proficiency in using data and benchmarks for credible, insight-driven content.
  • Self-motivated with strong prioritization, autonomy, and delivery without close supervision.
  • Excellent design sense for creating on-brand graphics, presentations, and visuals, applying principles like hierarchy, spacing, and color theory.
  • Skill in writing concise, persuasive copy that simplifies complex concepts and drives action for B2B automotive audiences.
  • Expertise in crafting impactful presentations in Google Slides for sales and leadership storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Webflow for designing and building responsive, conversion-focused web pages independently.
  • Advanced skills in Figma for high-fidelity mockups, graphics, and team collaborations.
  • Strategic use of AI tools to enhance content creation, quality, and scalability while maintaining originality.
