Treatwell is seeking a talented Motion Designer to join its new in-house creative studio, focusing on animating brand elements for various channels including social media, ads, web, and product to enhance engagement across 15 markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop meaningful motion graphics to animate the brand across paid, organic, web, app, and product platforms ensuring emotional impact and effectiveness
  • Handle full production process from concept and storyboarding to animation, editing, and sound design for compelling outputs
  • Create scroll-stopping content optimized for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts to drive interactions
  • Design motion elements that balance aesthetic appeal with performance metrics such as click-through rates for ads and brand films
  • Build scalable motion systems adaptable to 15 markets while maintaining brand consistency
  • Operate in a fast-paced environment with quick iterations, testing, and learning cycles

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of motion design experience with a strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating impactful work
  • Proficiency in After Effects; additional skills in 3D, editing, or sound design preferred
  • Strong storytelling abilities, design sensibility, and understanding of rhythm, timing, and flow
  • Experience creating content for performance channels, social media, web, and product
  • Keen awareness of trends, nuanced details, and audience engagement drivers
  • Collaborative mindset with confidence in presenting ideas, incorporating feedback, and contributing to team efforts
