Marketing Assistant (Content and Community) at Decentralized Masters, Remote in Brazil

The Marketing Assistant provides day-to-day execution support for Inflection Club’s content and community channels, ensuring podcasts, YouTube videos, newsletters, and social posts are produced and published accurately and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate podcast logistics, prepare show notes and uploads, and maintain YouTube descriptions, thumbnails, tags, and channel updates.
• Monitor comments on podcast and YouTube platforms, engage positively, remove abusive content, and flag escalations.
• Track episode performance and populate weekly reporting.
• Produce and send external and internal newsletters end-to-end: copywriting, layout design, and scheduling.
• Create investor-facing newsletter content such as deal spotlights, market commentary, and event updates in the company voice.
• Manage the full email campaign calendar, adapt messaging for different segments, and maintain list hygiene.
• Track email performance metrics and update tracking sheets.
• Post to the Facebook Group three times per week and respond to engagement.
• Monitor LinkedIn, Instagram, and X for spam or abuse and address comments on paid ads.
• Complete daily and weekly campaign tracking sheets and format internal communications.
• Assist with meeting preparation, take minutes, and manage tool subscriptions and access.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a marketing assistant, content, or email marketing role with portfolio examples.
• Proven experience producing newsletters and email campaigns.
• Excellent copywriting skills in a consistent brand voice and impeccable written English.
• Hands-on experience building, designing, and sending emails in ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Studio, and email platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines in an async environment.
• High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive investor communications.
• Clear communicator who proactively surfaces issues.
