Seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Design Specialist to produce and maintain high-quality marketing, sales, patient engagement, and website assets that uphold Rezilient’s brand standards across digital and print channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the creation of marketing assets across digital, print, in-clinic, and sales channels aligned with brand standards.
  • Produce and update templates, one-pagers, flyers, social graphics, event materials, patient communications, and presentation decks.
  • Maintain visual identity consistency including typography, colors, imagery, iconography, and layout systems.
  • Organize and maintain creative files, asset libraries, templates, and brand resources.
  • Assist with light updates to brand guidelines and design systems as new markets and clinics launch.
  • Support website design updates, landing page creation, and digital asset production.
  • Assist with page layouts, graphics, icons, imagery, and visual QA for web experiences.
  • Prepare creative assets for digital campaigns, email, paid media, organic social, and other growth channels.
  • Help create and update sales enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and proposal graphics.
  • Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to adapt materials for different audiences, markets, and campaigns.
  • Design and update patient-facing materials supporting awareness, onboarding, education, and engagement.
  • Support clinic launches with localized signage, flyers, onboarding materials, in-clinic collateral, and community outreach assets.
  • Manage creative requests, timelines, and revisions with strong attention to detail.
  • Support campaign execution by preparing assets in correct formats and sizes for various channels.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to incorporate feedback and deliver materials on time.
  • Assist with vendor or agency coordination including file preparation, feedback tracking, and final delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing design, creative production, or digital design.
  • Strong working knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms.
  • Experience creating marketing collateral, presentation materials, social graphics, website assets, or campaign creative.
  • Strong eye for layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.
  • Comfortable working within existing brand guidelines while adding polished creative perspective.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative and responsive in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience supporting website design, landing pages, or web content updates is a plus.
  • Healthcare, health-tech, consumer services, or startup experience is a plus.
