Own creative strategy and execution across organic short-form and paid social for a quant finance brand, building systems that turn platform attention into customers through testing, iteration, and performance-driven creative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own creative strategy spanning organic TikTok, Instagram, and paid ads on Meta and TikTok, covering hooks, angles, formats, and test priorities.
  • Write scripts and creative briefs for short-form video and ad assets.
  • Ship 30-50 paid creative variations monthly alongside regular organic output, emphasizing rapid iteration.
  • Partner with media buyers to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into subsequent creative cycles.
  • Monitor platform trends, formats, and algorithm changes to inform ongoing creative decisions.

Qualifications

  • Portfolio demonstrating variety across talking-head, voiceover/b-roll, testimonial, and meme-edit formats.
  • Fluency in performance metrics including CTR, CPA, ROAS, hook rate, and hold rate; comfortable interpreting ad account data.
  • Proven track record of personally delivering hundreds of ad variations.
  • Strong writing skills for hooks, scripts, and captions that perform in the first three seconds.
  • Understanding of full-funnel dynamics and willingness to examine landing pages, offers, and audience fit alongside creative.
