Manage end-to-end creation of B2C acquisition content across websites, direct mail, email, and social media, continuously optimizing performance and customer experience using data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Create B2C content from conception through completion across multiple channels
- Liaise with stakeholders to synthesize product information and craft creative messaging
- Develop detailed briefs incorporating top-performing messaging, legal requirements, optimization insights, KPIs, target audience, deliverables, and budget
- Leverage analytics and performance data to refine marketing strategies and improve response rates
- Analyze internal, competitive, and market research data to inform go-to-market strategy
- Design and execute test-and-learn experiments to enhance response rates or reduce costs
- Manage the full creative asset library and make data-driven decisions on utilization and timing
- Review campaign results to optimize assets including social posts, display banners, video, search copy, landing pages, and email
- Lead projects with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to deliver high-performing creative
- Run regular cross-functional meetings to align strategy, assign owners, set deadlines, and prioritize work
- Stay current on direct mail, digital marketing, and content best practices and integrate findings into initiatives
- Monitor competitor activity and incorporate insights into marketing efforts
- Develop unique, account-specific assets with tailored messaging for defined audiences
Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365, Optimizely, and video editing software
- Strong analytical skills using performance data to inform creative and strategic decisions
