We seek an associate-level Copywriter & Creative Strategist to craft compelling narratives and strategies for natural wellness brands Fully and Sun Nutra, with additional support for Super Speciosa. This remote position offers immediate ownership in copywriting, campaign ideation, and visual direction for a dynamic DTC team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop email and SMS copy for promotional, lifecycle, launch, and retention efforts across brands
  • Create paid social and search ad copy for platforms like Meta, Google, and emerging channels
  • Write product detail pages, landing pages, web copy, packaging elements, and Amazon A+ content
  • Produce organic social copy, including short-form video scripts and hooks as required
  • Ideate full campaigns from concept, including hooks and through-lines, beyond mere copy
  • Author detailed creative briefs to guide designers, video editors, and agency partners
  • Convert product details, positioning, and audience insights into high-converting creative directions
  • Collaborate on seasonal planning, brand activations, and product launches with leadership
  • Develop visual concepts like mood boards, reference decks, layouts, and shot lists
  • Direct internal and external designers and editors toward aligned creative visions
  • Evaluate visual assets for brand consistency and provide targeted feedback
  • Ensure campaign cohesion across assets like PDP imagery, emails, and ads
  • Uphold and refine brand voice guidelines for distinct personalities across brands
  • Assess outgoing creative for alignment with standards and address deviations promptly
  • Train freelancers and agencies on brand voices during onboarding

Qualifications

  • Possess a distinctive writing voice evident in a portfolio of samples
  • Generate original ideas and concepts independently
  • Demonstrate visual literacy through mood boards, references, and campaign thinking
  • Proficient in AI tools for research, drafting, and iteration while maintaining human judgment
  • Eager for professional development, mentorship, and advancement to senior roles
  • Excel in collaborative environments, accepting feedback effectively
  • Navigate regulated sectors like supplements with compliance awareness and creativity
  • Hold 2–3+ years of copywriting in in-house, DTC, or agency settings
  • Experienced in campaign ideation and brief writing
  • Versatile across email, paid/organic social, web, and packaging channels
  • Knowledgeable in DTC/ecommerce tools including Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, and Amazon
  • Available for Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EST; U.S. work authorization required
