Executes integrated marketing communication strategies and account management for regional corporate accounts, supporting campaign execution, content customization, and performance tracking for up to 500 mid-market employer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional marketing strategies and account management for corporate clients.
- Support campaign marketing execution including mail file requests, job submissions, and collateral print coordination.
- Customize and deliver marketing content with translation and cobranding across direct mail, emails, disclosures, and supplemental materials.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to tailor content for target audiences.
- Act as execution lead for Local Market programs and day-to-day campaign operations.
- Manage all communication tactics in CRM including planning, logging dates, updating notes, and maintaining data integrity.
- Review campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience with CRM/Salesforce
- 1-3 years experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- 1-3 years experience with Adobe tools
- Associate-level experience in marketing or communications
