This role is responsible for producing high-quality, story-driven video content that showcases winemakers and behind-the-scenes life at the Sonoma office to strengthen the brand’s presence on social media, with a primary focus on TikTok.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce short-form video content featuring winemakers through on-site filming, interviews, and b-roll in the Sonoma/Napa area
  • Build and maintain relationships with winemakers to coordinate shoots and ensure smooth logistics
  • Capture reactive, behind-the-scenes content as it occurs and independently shoot, direct, and edit material with minimal support
  • Own and grow the Sonoma TikTok channel by creating authentic, platform-native content that highlights office life and brand stories
  • Pitch new content ideas and develop material aligned with brand guidelines and direction from the Social Pod
  • Coordinate winemaker whitelisting access to support integrated organic and paid campaigns across platforms

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience creating story-led brand content, in-house or as a contractor
  • Proven ability to self-shoot and direct non-professional talent on camera
  • Strong proficiency in short-form video editing tools such as CapCut or Premiere Pro
  • Deep working knowledge of TikTok as both creator and consumer, with an understanding of what drives performance
  • Experience shooting high-quality mobile-first content
  • Must be at least 21 years of age for US-based positions
  • Preferred: passion for or knowledge of wine, familiarity with winery operations, comfort using supplementary audio/lighting equipment, and basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Business
