Join the Digital PR & Communications team as a Content Marketing Specialist, creating engaging brand narratives, press materials, and educational resources to drive media placements and AI search engine rankings. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement primary content strategies, encompassing blogs, articles, press releases, resource guides, thought leadership pieces, and campaign materials.
- Manage the planning, creation, and continuous refinement of FAQs, website content, LinkedIn posts, and professional biographies.
- Direct FAQ development efforts, including identifying questions, setting priorities, organizing formats, and iterative enhancements.
- Guide and produce content themes aligned with user insights, analytical metrics, and organizational objectives.
- Partner with Digital PR & Communications and marketing colleagues to maintain content precision, consistency, and performance optimization.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years in content creation, communications, public relations, or digital marketing.
- Portfolio of writing samples or published pieces mandatory.
- Background in producing materials for external readership.
- Proficiency with AI-driven tools such as SEMrush, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude.
- Passion for acquiring knowledge and advancing innovations in mental health services.
