Marketing Specialist responsible for developing and executing strategies to promote multi-family and commercial construction services, working with leadership and internal teams to craft content and campaigns that highlight company expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels
- Generate Proposal Responses for RFPs and maintain the company resume
- Monitor public notices for potential project opportunities
- Create engaging content including brochures, website copy, case studies, newsletters, and social media posts
- Manage the company’s website and social media presence to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Coordinate events, trade shows, and community outreach initiatives to promote the company
- Track and report on marketing performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
- Maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media contacts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the construction or related industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO, social media management, and email marketing software
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of the construction industry is preferred but not required
