Key Responsibilities
- Source content from qualified endurance coaches for the athlete blog, newsletters, and TrainingPeaks.com
- Edit recorded video and audio using relevant software for the e-learning platform
- Create original, high-quality content that meets brand standards and engages audiences across platforms
- Develop the brand content operations strategy, establish the annual editorial calendar, and define priorities
- Establish content KPIs, monitor weekly and monthly performance, and report findings to brand leadership
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine content strategies, ensuring innovative approaches to achieve business goals
- Edit articles for quality, accuracy, voice, and tone
- Draft weekly and monthly newsletter content
- Monitor article performance metrics
- Repurpose existing articles and create new ones as required
- Support the marketing team with content planning and campaign strategies
- Handle additional assigned duties
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in journalism or marketing
- Proficiency with WordPress or similar CMS
- Proficiency with video editing tools like Camtasia
- Proficiency with audio editing tools like Audacity
- Copyediting expertise
- Proven ability to produce original, captivating content for varied audiences and platforms
- Skill in developing and implementing distinctive content concepts to boost brand visibility and align with objectives
- Knowledge of AP Style
- Familiarity with Google Analytics
- Understanding of SEO and AEO best practices
- Some experience leading a team of contributors or writers
