Brand storyteller shaping voice, narrative, and messaging systems for a growing consumer hardware company focused on healthier home living.
Key Responsibilities
- Support development of brand tone of voice, messaging frameworks, and storytelling systems.
- Write copy for emails, SMS, web, organic social, packaging, manuals, inserts, direct mail, and TV.
- Partner with Product and Brand teams to translate features into benefit-led storytelling aligned with company narrative.
- Develop content that builds brand authority, supports organic discovery, and positions the company as a trusted voice in healthier living.
- Collaborate with Creative to maintain visual-verbal cohesion and provide feedback to uphold brand standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in writing, communications, marketing, journalism, or related field.
- 4-7+ years of brand copywriting or storytelling experience.
- Experience developing tone of voice, messaging frameworks, or brand narratives.
- Track record writing across digital, lifecycle, editorial, and brand-driven formats.
- Experience working with creative teams on email, web, packaging, and content.
- DTC, consumer, or startup background preferred.
- Strong understanding of consumer psychology and conversion-focused storytelling.
- Ability to balance premium brand storytelling with clear, action-driving communication.
- Exceptional storytelling instincts and command of tone, voice, and emotional resonance.
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, curious, and comfortable in testing environments.
