Seeking an in-house Copywriter and Creative Strategist to craft compelling copy and develop strategies for natural wellness supplement brands, including emails, ads, product pages, and packaging, while providing creative direction and ensuring brand voice consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop email and SMS copy for promotional campaigns, product launches, and retention efforts across brands
- Create paid social and search ad copy for platforms like Meta, Google, and others
- Write product detail pages, landing pages, web copy, packaging content, and Amazon A+ modules
- Produce organic social copy, including short-form video scripts and hooks as needed
- Conceptualize campaigns from initial ideas to execution, including hooks and through-lines
- Draft clear creative briefs to guide designers, video editors, and partners
- Translate product insights and audience data into converting creative directions
- Collaborate on seasonal planning, brand activations, and new product launches
- Develop visual concepts like mood boards, reference decks, and shot lists
- Provide art direction to internal and external teams and review visuals for brand alignment
- Maintain and evolve brand voice guidelines, ensuring fluent adaptation across personalities
- Review all outbound creative for standards compliance and onboard partners to brand voices
Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of copywriting experience in in-house, DTC, or agency settings
- Strong portfolio or writing samples demonstrating a unique, human voice
- Proven ability to concept campaigns and write effective creative briefs
- Proficiency across channels including email, paid social, organic social, web, and packaging
- Familiarity with DTC and ecommerce tools such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta, and Amazon
- Visual literacy for mood boards, campaigns, and light art direction
- Experienced AI user for research, drafting, and iteration while maintaining personal judgment
- Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and teamwork in a small environment
- Comfort working within regulated industries like supplements
- Ability to work in-office in Fort Lauderdale, FL, weekdays 9–5
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Nice to have: Background in supplements, wellness, or CPG; short-form video skills; Figma or Canva knowledge; experience launching brands
