Seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to support revenue growth by developing training, content, and resources that equip sales teams to qualify leads, close deals, and deliver customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, curate, and maintain sales collateral including presentation decks, case studies, competitive battle cards, and product sheets across all stages of the buyer journey.
  • Serve as liaison between marketing, product, and sales to ensure consistent, optimized messaging and accessible sales assets.
  • Design and deliver onboarding and training programs covering new materials, sales methodologies, product knowledge, and competitive positioning.
  • Create scalable processes to collaborate with subject matter experts across departments for ongoing content creation while maintaining brand and style compliance.
  • Present to and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years in marketing, product marketing, sales/marketing operations, or related fields.
  • Strong storytelling and marketing communication skills with ability to build belief and drive action.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, collaboration, and attention-to-detail capabilities.
  • Proven experience producing and distributing content that delivers measurable business results.
  • Self-starter mindset with equal strength in ideation and execution.
  • Background in SaaS or B2B high-growth/start-up environments; Pharma/Biotech experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) and content management platforms (e.g., PaperFlite).
