Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee content and editorial calendars to draw in targeted visitors to company channels
- Produce original materials for educational hubs and sites, including articles, success stories, entry pages, newsletters, and beyond
- Draft text for promotional assets, online sections, recognition submissions, talks, and various online/print formats
- Review and refine promotional content for precision, voice, style, and adherence to AP guidelines
- Contribute to content planning, encompassing core topic initiatives and audience profiling
- Utilize AI-driven processes like prompt design, tailored language models, and specialized bots to enhance output efficiency and uniformity while upholding quality and branding
- Mentor junior contributors in structured content production methods
- Monitor AI advancements and search shifts, tailoring materials for conventional SEO and novel AI-generated search scenarios
- Perform keyword analysis and integrate findings into effective content outlines
- Adapt content approaches to boost search rankings and engagement amid evolving tech and rules
- Assess content initiative outcomes; apply analytics to suggest enhancements and guide upcoming plans
- Monitor indicators such as visits, exit rates, and lead conversions to identify effective elements
- Conduct experiments like A/B testing on titles, calls-to-action, and newsletter openers
- Enhance lead cultivation via emails, assets, entry pages, and digital avenues
- Support lead-generation tactics including scoring, user data buildup, and internal promotions

Qualifications
- 2-3 years in content marketing, SEO, or similar domain
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent
- Portfolio showcasing published digital works
- Outstanding writing and editing proficiency with solid grammar and AP style knowledge
- Understanding of SEO principles and platforms like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Search Console
- Skill in WordPress operations; basic HTML knowledge preferred
- Experience with automation platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp
- Ease with AI applications like ChatGPT, Claude in content processes
- Ability to analyze metrics and apply insights strategically
