Product Heroes seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and expand digital content across social media, newsletters, and the website, driving engagement for their Italian product management ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to communication strategy on channels, defining content topics, style, placement, and tone.
- Manage editorial calendar for LinkedIn, Instagram, and newsletter, ensuring consistent brand voice.
- Produce content including articles, case studies, social posts, newsletters, and video editing.
- Handle website and landing page content: updates, testing, and on-page SEO.
- Analyze performance data via monthly reports and propose actionable decisions.
- Support promotion of Product Heroes Conference and Edgemony training events.
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in digital marketing, content, or growth.
- Proficiency in organic (and preferably paid) LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools like Mailchimp, Brevo, or ActiveCampaign.
- Strong writing skills in Italian and English, clear and engaging style.
- Ability to interpret data and make decisions based on it.
- Proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements.
- Desirable: Video editing and graphic tool skills; AI and non-AI content production tools; Tech, startup, or digital product experience; Online community or event management; Meta Ads or Google Ads exposure.
