We are looking for a versatile and energetic Content Producer to join a fast-growing food tech scaleup. The role involves producing high volumes of native social video and visual content across major platforms to drive brand engagement and performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Ideate and produce high-volume social-native video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and emerging platforms
- Shoot, edit and appear on camera across varied formats including vox pops, interviews, case studies and trend-led edits
- Produce performance marketing assets, CRM and campaign materials along with supporting design work such as social carousels and infographics
- Use AI tools across video, image, audio and copy to increase output and explore AI-driven creative production
- Manage content publishing and engage with audiences and partners across platforms to build brand relevance and conversation
- Stay immersed in internet culture to identify trends and stories relevant to customers and restaurant partners
- Collaborate with the Social & Content Lead and wider marketing team to deliver brand priorities
- Test, learn and iterate using performance insights to improve creative output
Qualifications
- 3+ years of content production experience in a brand, agency, creator or in-house setting
- Strong video production fundamentals with ability to shoot, appear on camera and edit on mobile and desktop
- Demonstrable fluency with AI tools in creative workflow
- Basic design skills and strong visual aesthetic for typography and brand consistency
- Copywriting ability considered a plus
- Deep expertise across social platforms with strong trend and platform instincts
- Outgoing personality and confidence to approach members of the public for content
- Data-aware mindset comfortable using performance signals to guide creative decisions
- High ownership with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
