- Create engaging short-form video content for Meta and TikTok to maximize engagement
- Produce UGC and scrappy skit-style videos
- Develop founder-led business storytelling content featuring the founder
- Generate employee-led business storytelling videos as the primary creator
- Employ storytelling, sounds, and visuals to capture attention and boost performance
- Execute diverse video styles with expertise in social-first formats
- Review and refine content based on feedback to uphold creative excellence
- Manage multiple projects, adhere to deadlines, and maintain high-quality output
- Estimate and meet editing timelines accurately
Qualifications
- Highly organized and independent with strong content management abilities
- At least 1 year of video editing experience in-house, agency, freelance, or as a creator
