Finder seeks a charismatic, energetic presenter to lead content creation and audience growth across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, translating complex financial topics into engaging videos that elevate brand presence in the UK fintech space.

Key Responsibilities

• Pitch, script, film, and edit long- and short-form video content that captures attention within the first three seconds.
• Serve as the on-camera face of Finder, converting financial jargon into entertaining, shareable social posts.
• Monitor social trends and swiftly adopt viral audio, meme formats, and current events.
• Own the full content pipeline from ideation through publishing and performance analysis.
• Cultivate relationships with tier-one UK fintech partners to deliver collaborative content that drives engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong on-camera presence with energy, confidence, and authenticity to stop viewers from scrolling.
• 1–5 years of social media video experience or demonstrated potential as a content creator; prior broadcasting experience not required.
• Commercial understanding of social media tied to business goals and brand collaboration.
• Ability to craft compelling hooks and deliver clear, engaging messages on financial topics.
• Proficiency with platform-native formats on TikTok versus YouTube Shorts and mobile editing tools.
• Excellent writing skills for site content and partner collaborations.
• Self-starter mindset: identify trending conversations and proactively create content.
