The Marketing & Campaigns Manager will spearhead the planning and implementation of marketing and communications initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals to empower educators and enhance student outcomes in a dynamic education-focused company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and execute the annual marketing campaign plan, coordinating across digital, email, social, PR, and events channels while monitoring performance and maintaining consistent, teacher-focused messaging.
- Handle marketing requests from the organization, balancing priorities effectively.
- Lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of key events, including conferences and exhibitions, to boost school engagement.
- Oversee PR activities, external and internal communications, building media relationships and drafting materials to elevate brand awareness.
- Support website content planning, updates, and optimization using analytics for continuous improvement.
- Serve as primary contact for marketing and PR agencies, managing briefs, budgets, timelines, and performance evaluations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing and campaign management, including multi-channel campaigns from planning to evaluation.
- Strong organizational skills for handling multiple projects simultaneously.
