Detail-focused Midweight Creative Artworker needed to deliver accurate, on-brand creative assets. Partnering with designers, photographers and marketers you will translate approved concepts into high-quality print and digital outputs that uphold brand standards and meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and adapt creative assets mainly for print, with occasional digital support
  • Artwork design files accurately to brand guidelines and briefs
  • Prepare files for print and digital production
  • Retouch, resize and version assets for multiple platforms
  • Collaborate with designers, producers, photographers and marketing to deliver on time and to brief
  • Manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Organise and maintain asset libraries and file structures

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a creative artworker or designer (in-house or agency)
  • Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite skills
  • Familiarity with Figma advantageous
  • Solid understanding of print and digital production processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and file accuracy
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to work at pace and meet multiple deadlines
  • Animation or 3D rendering skills desirable
  • Team-oriented with meticulous eye for layout, typography and consistency
  • Packaging experience preferred
  • Proactive, solution-focused approach
  • Passion for food, cooking or home/lifestyle brands beneficial
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Relevant portfolio required
