A highly organised and driven Creative Producer is sought to deliver engaging brand and product content for ProCook. Bridging creative ideas and execution, the role ensures shoots and campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard within a busy creative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end production of creative content including photo and video shoots, product, packaging and web imagery
  • Refine image briefs, translate campaign briefs into production plans, timelines and deliverables
  • Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to execute creative projects efficiently
  • Manage shoot production schedules for seasonal campaigns, product launches, packaging and brand initiatives
  • Organise and produce studio and location shoots including talent casting, location securing, product sourcing and food coordination
  • Take ownership of shoot timings and oversee shoot days to maintain schedules and high-quality results
  • Work closely with design, social, e-commerce and marketing teams to develop visually engaging content
  • Support creative concept development ensuring ideas are practical, achievable and on brand
  • Manage production budgets, negotiate with suppliers and track timelines to deliver projects on schedule
  • Maintain documentation including call sheets, schedules and asset lists
  • Oversee post-production processes including editing, retouching, colour grading and motion graphics
  • Ensure final assets are delivered in correct formats for e-commerce, advertising and retail

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in creative production, content production or campaign production
  • Experience producing photo and video shoots for brands, e-commerce or lifestyle content
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Experience working from and contributing to image briefs and creative planning documents
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in food, lifestyle, homeware or retail brands preferred
  • Understanding of e-commerce content production workflows
  • Familiarity with creative production tools and project management platforms
  • Knowledge of social media content formats and trends
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented with strong creative judgement
  • Confident managing timings and logistics on shoots, calm under pressure, problem solver with proactive mindset
