Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure high-quality writing for diverse content types including blog articles, ebooks, case studies, and infographics, adapting tone and style to client briefs, audiences, and goals.
  • Rewrite and refine existing texts to boost their effectiveness.
  • Develop compelling copy for high-impact materials like newsletters, landing pages, emails, and website pages aligned with client strategies.
  • Proofread, edit, and polish content for flawless grammar, spelling, syntax, and readability.
  • Review designed content outputs, adjusting for clarity, consistency, structure, and user experience to optimize performance.
  • Maintain and refine editorial guidelines on tone, vocabulary, structure, and typography for production consistency.
  • Optimize content for SEO through keyword integration, header structures, internal linking, and on-page improvements.
  • Utilize advanced SEO tools such as Semrush and Semji to enhance content optimization.
  • Manage content integration into CMS platforms like WordPress, HubSpot, Drupal, ActiveCampaign, and MailChimp, following SEO and UX best practices.
  • Leverage AI tools like Gemini and Claude as operational aids for tasks such as rephrasing, research, and efficiency gains, while retaining full control.
  • Understand target audiences including prospects, clients, partners, and candidates to tailor messaging.
  • Collaborate closely with internal experts to create cohesive, engaging, and effective content.
  • Contribute to developing editorial lines and writing guidelines with content managers.
  • Propose innovative formats, messages, or topics based on marketing objectives.
  • Assist in building content kits, preparing sales presentations, and structuring cross-project editorial initiatives.
  • Engage occasionally with clients for training, feedback, validation, or editorial discussions.
  • Support team skill development through sharing best practices and internal training.

Qualifications
