We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to build and lead an organic content engine that drives pipeline and revenue for Craver’s B2B SaaS platform serving local coffee shops and QSRs. You will translate company strategy into executable plans, develop thought leadership, support sales with compelling assets, and use data to connect content efforts to commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a content engine that grows organic traffic and pipeline through SEO collaboration, channel experimentation, and doubling down on what works
  • Own and execute the content plan by breaking strategy into quarterly projects, weekly milestones, and daily priorities
  • Manage and develop the Content Marketing Specialist while overseeing external contractors, agencies, writers, and videographers
  • Partner with the data scientist to surface insights and turn them into case studies, reports, and proprietary research
  • Create founder-led and partner co-branded content to position Craver as the go-to expert for independent operators
  • Develop sales-enabling assets including ROI calculators, success stories, data-backed reports, and one-pagers
  • Track and report on metrics that link content performance to pipeline contribution rather than vanity metrics

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with proven commercial impact and organic channel growth
  • Experience building content or marketing programmes from scratch that connect to pipeline or revenue
  • Proven ability to manage contractors and agencies to scale output and quality
  • Strong data-driven decision making and ability to translate numbers into actionable insights
  • SEO programme-level strategy experience sufficient to effectively manage an external agency
  • Track record of creating nurturing flows that convert leads into customers and advocates
  • Experience using video to grow audience or build brand credibility with efficient production methods
  • Proficiency using AI and automation tools to increase speed and productivity
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business or equivalent experience
  • Strong ownership mindset, independent project management, and natural storytelling abilities
  • Ambitious, outcomes-focused, and genuinely curious about coffee shops and QRS markets
