Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive content strategy across blogs, email, social media, and gated resources to enhance traffic, engagement, and leads.
  • Lead SEO and AEO initiatives, including keyword analysis, on-page optimization, technical audits, backlink development via outreach and digital PR, and adaptation to AI-driven search functionalities.
  • Implement AI-integrated marketing processes using tools like AirOps, Claude, and prompt engineering to streamline content creation, research, and dissemination.
  • Produce high-quality copy for diverse formats such as blog articles, landing pages, case studies, whitepapers, email campaigns, social updates, and lead magnets.
  • Design and launch innovative offers and lead generation tools by packaging expertise into guides, frameworks, templates, and similar assets.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to distill complex insights from engineers, designers, and AI specialists into clear, compelling, and credible content.
  • Oversee email marketing operations in HubSpot, managing newsletters, nurture programs, automation, segmentation, testing, and optimization.
  • Coordinate projects using Monday.com and Notion for content scheduling, production management, and inter-team collaborations.
  • Partner with design and web development teams in Figma and Webflow to create optimized landing pages and interactive content.
  • Analyze performance metrics via Google Analytics, DataBox, and Ahrefs to generate reports, derive actionable insights, and propose strategic advancements. KPIs include email open rates, website traffic, conversion rates, blog output, SEO click-through rates, domain rating, AEO presence, and lead conversion efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years in content marketing, ideally within tech or digital agencies.
  • Proficient hands-on expertise with HubSpot for email and automation tasks.
  • Advanced proficiency in AI workflow tools like AirOps, Claude MCPs, agents, and prompt engineering, with proven delivery of AI-supported marketing projects.
  • Outstanding copywriting skills demonstrated through a robust portfolio.
  • Practical knowledge of SEO methodologies, including keyword planning, on-page enhancements, AEO strategies, and backlink expansion.
  • Familiarity with Figma for design collaboration and sufficient Webflow skills to support development integration.
  • In-depth understanding of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, DataBox, and Ahrefs or SurferSEO.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and precision in project handling with Monday.com and Notion.
  • Innovative mindset for developing lead magnets, offers, and campaign ideas.
  • Self-motivated approach to independent productivity.
  • Interest in technical subjects and ability to extract insights from engineering professionals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or comparable background.
