A 12-month parental leave contract role responsible for sustaining day-to-day marketing operations and brand activity for a robotics scale-up, covering content creation, social media, video, website management, email campaigns, CRM oversight, event coordination, media relations and performance reporting while the permanent Marketing Manager is away.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging copy and short-form video along with social posts, newsletters, articles, case studies and web content
  • Manage LinkedIn and Instagram presence including scheduling, engagement, inbox replies and channel maintenance
  • Storyboard, script, film and edit simple video content while briefing and overseeing external videographers and designers
  • Maintain and update the Webflow website by publishing content, building pages and forms, and supporting SEO and performance improvements
  • Run email marketing campaigns, newsletters, audience segmentation, automations and CRM workflows in ActiveCampaign
  • Lead planning, promotion, logistics and on-site execution for third-party customer events and conferences
  • Deliver integrated cross-channel campaigns around product launches and brand moments
  • Handle media enquiries, media kits, external agency and partner relationships
  • Monitor marketing and pipeline dashboards, compile performance reports and maintain budget tracking
  • Coordinate production of assets, printing and other operational marketing tasks

Qualifications

  • 5+ years fast-paced marketing experience, ideally in a startup, scale-up or B2B environment
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling ability across short- and long-form formats
  • Proven content creation across social, web, email and video channels
  • Hands-on website management experience, preferably in Webflow or similar CMS
  • Experience with CRM and email platforms, ideally ActiveCampaign
  • Strong social media management skills, especially on LinkedIn
  • Event coordination experience with vendors, agencies and external creatives
  • Excellent stakeholder management, organisation and attention to detail
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and high self-direction in a fast-moving environment
  • Practical, flexible approach ready to switch between strategy, execution and admin tasks
