Key Responsibilities

  • Generate superior CG materials, encompassing visuals and motion sequences, for digital and traditional media formats.
  • Collaborate with Creative Directors to convert 2D ideas into precise, realistic 3D assets.
  • Guide and assist CG Generalists by offering technical and creative guidance on assignments.
  • Engage in routine team meetings and coordinate task assignments alongside Project Managers.
  • Oversee processes, distribute resources, and set expectations to optimize operational flows.
  • Establish and record standardized methods and guidelines.
  • Uphold rigorous criteria for visual precision, quality assurance, and asset management.
  • Monitor advancements in industry practices, software innovations, and methodologies to enhance team proficiency.
  • Handle procurement of CG tools and oversee financial allocations for brand projects.

Qualifications

  • Over 8 years in 3D production, emphasizing product rendering and innovative visuals.
  • Proficiency in 3ds Max/V-Ray or Blender, plus Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
  • Knowledge of fluid dynamics simulations.
  • Broad expertise covering modeling, texturing, illumination, motion, effects, rendering, and post-production.
  • Solid principles in design elements like arrangement, color principles, and structure.
  • Proven track record in handling intricate timelines in high-pressure settings.
  • Superior interpersonal and scheduling abilities.
  • Robust leadership and coaching skills with a team-oriented approach.
