People Enablement Team Lead at Workana, Remote in Mexico

Lead the Product Enablement function by developing and maintaining product knowledge resources for both internal teams and external clients, ensuring scalable, accurate, and engaging content that enhances platform adoption and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product knowledge management strategy aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Own and improve the external Knowledge Center and internal Product Enablement Hub.
• Create, maintain, and optimize product documentation, training materials, and self-service resources.
• Structure content for seamless integration with AI-powered knowledge tools and self-service platforms.
• Communicate product value propositions, benefits, best practices, and use cases effectively.
• Partner with Product, Client Success, Onboarding, Support, and Sales teams to identify knowledge gaps and enhance content quality.
• Design and manage the product knowledge component of employee onboarding and learning pathways.
• Coordinate knowledge releases with product launches and feature updates.
• Establish governance, quality standards, editorial guidelines, taxonomy, and content review processes.
• Oversee visual content to maintain brand and UX consistency.
• Track and analyze content engagement metrics and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor the knowledge management and enablement team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical writing, editing, proofreading, or documentation.
• 3+ years of experience in content strategy, adult learning, project management, research, or knowledge management.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with subject matter experts.
• Experience managing or mentoring teams in knowledge management, documentation, learning, or enablement functions.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to succeed in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
