Lead a content strategy and AI-driven production system that delivers personalised, brand-consistent experiences for Zoopla’s consumer and B2B audiences while strengthening partnerships and driving measurable commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the content strategy across consumer and customer segments, aligning with business OKRs.
  • Design and run an AI-enabled content operating model covering brief, draft, review, QA, channel adaptation and performance tracking.
  • Scale video production using AI workflows, defining toolchain, briefs and QA standards.
  • Guard AI content accuracy, brand voice and regulatory compliance while driving an AEO strategy with the SEO and digital teams.
  • Partner with Product to define how content contributes to onsite funnels and audience journeys.
  • Own the brand voice framework and embed it across prompts, briefs and AI outputs.
  • Build reporting frameworks that link content activity to commercial performance.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in content strategy, content marketing, editorial leadership or content operations.
  • 12+ months actively building AI-powered content systems at scale.
  • Proven ability to design workflows, prompts, governance and measurement frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with Contentful (or equivalent), Amplitude (or equivalent) and AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or Midjourney.
  • Strong commercial literacy with capacity to align content with audience journeys and KPIs.
  • Editorial instinct for maintaining brand tone in an AI-augmented environment.
