Key Responsibilities

  • Capture photographs and videos of apartment communities and floor plans following established specifications to highlight properties for potential renters.
  • Travel to client sites within a 200-mile radius, primarily by vehicle, ensuring punctuality and dependability during shoots.
  • Demonstrate flexibility for occasional longer-distance trips, including air travel and overnight accommodations as needed.
  • Manage shoot schedules, including locations, tasks, and interactions, as provided by the team.
  • Handle media files meticulously, including detailed notes, to support post-production and content development.
  • Engage professionally with on-site staff and residents to foster positive client experiences during visits.
  • Collaborate remotely with the media team, including managers and coordinators, for ongoing feedback and support.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in photography and videography, such as for events or commercials, with proficiency in mirrorless cameras, preferably Canon.
