Seasonal position for a dynamic media producer focused on capturing and editing high-quality photos and videos for apartment marketing, involving travel within the Lincoln and Omaha regions, with initial training alongside expert teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture photographs and videos adhering to company specifications for showcasing apartment communities and floor plans
• Travel to client properties in the local metro area for shoots, ensuring punctuality and reliability
• Edit photos and videos using provided tools and presets to meet delivery standards
• Hand off processed media to the team for integration into digital ads and website marketing
• Manage personal schedule for assigned shoots, including locations and capture requirements
• Communicate professionally with coordinators, clients, and on-site staff to foster positive experiences
• Collaborate with the media team for ongoing feedback, training, and support in a shared office space

Qualifications

• Professional experience in photography and videography, preferably with Canon mirrorless cameras
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Bridge, and Premiere, with DaVinci Resolve as a bonus
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a creative team
• Adaptability to changing conditions and strong decision-making skills during travel
• Consistency in producing high-volume, brand-compliant content on deadlines
• Physical capability to transport 60 lbs of equipment, endure extended active periods, and work outdoors
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and professionalism
