Seeking a skilled Creative Producer to oversee the complete production process of AI-generated YouTube videos, serving as the quality assurance lead to uphold standards, collaborate with team members, and optimize content for viral performance across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full production cycle of AI-generated YouTube Shorts and Long-form videos utilizing proprietary tools including Fiber, SlopFlow, and AI Shorts Studio.
• Review and approve all videos prior to publishing to maintain high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with template owners and freelance editors to ensure production consistency and quality.
• Evaluate AI-generated content briefs for feasibility with available tools and convert them into team tasks.
• Coordinate daily output goals with a 7-10 person team for over 10 channels, targeting at least 2 shorts per shorts channel and 1 long video per longs channel.
• Provide creative feedback on AI scenes, identifying needs for manual corrections in approximately 30% of video content.
• Flag persistent AI generation challenges to the tool development team for improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in video production or content creation for YouTube, preferably including Shorts and Long-form formats.
• Strong creative judgment to differentiate effective videos, enhance pacing, hooks, and thumbnails.
• Ability and eagerness to learn proprietary AI tools like Fiber and SlopFlow, understanding their capabilities without coding knowledge.
• Self-motivated individual capable of independently managing daily workflows.
• Proficiency in Russian for team interactions; English proficiency advantageous for global content.
• Proven ability to adapt briefs into actionable tasks and coordinate team efforts.
