In this associate-level Creative Producer role, you will execute high-volume short-form video editing, ad creative production, and basic email marketing for a fast-growing quant education company, turning briefs and raw footage into platform-ready assets while learning strategy and building toward greater ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts including cuts, captions, sound design, b-roll, and pacing
- Produce multiple ad creative variations quickly when a concept performs well
- Draft hooks, scripts, and captions under senior direction
- Coordinate with freelance UGC creators and on-camera talent by scheduling shoots, briefing participants, and organizing footage
- Manage posting schedules and basic channel administration across platforms
- Monitor trends and formats in finance and business content
- Track basic performance metrics such as views, hook rate, hold rate, and CTR, then share insights with the team
- Create email marketing content and campaigns
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of marketing experience gained professionally or through serious side projects or personal channels
- Portfolio or reel demonstrating strong short-form pacing, hooks, captions, and platform-native editing
- Solid writing skills for crafting and improving captions and hooks
- High-volume production mindset with ability to iterate rapidly and ship frequently
- Comfort working across organic, paid, static, video, and email channels
