Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead video content and podcast strategy across YouTube, podcast networks, and relevant channels
- Generate ideas, briefs, and scripts informed by market insights, research, and data
- Collaborate with video editors on briefing, editing, trailers, and clips
- Work with graphic designers to create engaging thumbnails and conduct A/B testing
- Manage scheduling, posting, and content distribution on YouTube and podcasts, coordinating with other stakeholders
