Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for video content and the D2C Diaries podcast across YouTube, podcast networks, and additional channels.
- Generate innovative concepts, briefs, and scripts supported by market research, data analysis, and insights.
- Collaborate with video editors on production elements including briefs, edits, trailers, and clips.
- Partner with graphic designers to create engaging thumbnails and conduct A/B testing for optimization.
- Handle scheduling, posting, and management of content on relevant platforms while coordinating with stakeholders for broader distribution.
- Monitor performance metrics, derive actionable insights, and refine approaches to enhance reach and align with business goals.
- Stay informed on evolving e-commerce and marketing trends through ongoing learning and application.
- Facilitate effective communication and teamwork using tools like Slack and Google Meet, while upholding company culture.
