Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality video content including short-form clips, interviews, course explainers, and campus features aligned with content strategies.
  • Produce supporting graphics, thumbnails, text overlays, and simple layouts using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, CapCut, or Canva.
  • Repurpose existing footage and student content into engaging short-form pieces.
  • Capture photography for portraits, student work, events, and campus activities as needed.
  • Support visual content for websites, email campaigns, digital ads, and events while ensuring brand alignment.
  • Handle occasional content for ICMP while prioritizing SAE tasks.
  • Work from marketing briefs to execute campaigns through visual storytelling and contribute creative ideas.
  • Plan shoots, manage logistics, equipment, and workflows for multiple projects.
  • Organize, label, and archive media files in the library.
  • Build relationships with staff and students, engage proactively for content opportunities, and travel to campuses nationwide.
  • Assist with internal communications, animated explainers, staff interviews, and virtual event content.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional organization and proactive planning skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and confidence in engaging with students and staff.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to UK campuses.
  • Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, CapCut, or Canva.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality, on-brand content meeting deadlines.
