The Podcast Executive will lead video content strategy and the D2C Diaries podcast across YouTube, podcast platforms, and social channels. This high-impact position drives personal brand content marketing for leadership, focusing on concepting, scripting, briefing, and distribution to boost brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead video content strategy across YouTube, podcast platforms, and social channels including concepting, scripting, and distribution
  • Drive personal brand content marketing activity for leadership across LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
  • Generate ideas, briefs, and scripts backed by market insights and data
  • Collaborate with video editors on edits, trailers, and clips, and with graphic designers on scroll-stopping thumbnails
  • Conduct A/B testing on thumbnails and apply performance insights for continuous improvement
  • Schedule, post, and manage content on YouTube and podcast networks while coordinating with channel stakeholders
  • Analyse performance metrics and refine strategy to maximise reach and meet business objectives

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in content marketing, podcasting, or content distribution
  • Proven ability to manage content schedules, concept and script videos
  • Strong understanding of success strategies on LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with adaptability across formats
  • High attention to detail, comprehension, and creativity
  • Ability to coordinate with channel stakeholders and leverage additional distribution channels
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively
  • Passion for marketing, e-commerce, podcasting, and video content
