This position focuses on spearheading video content initiatives for the executive team’s personal branding on platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube, while incorporating podcasting to boost the company’s market presence and thought leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee video content and podcast strategies across YouTube, podcast networks, and relevant social channels.
- Create innovative concepts, briefs, and scripts supported by market research, data analysis, and insights.
- Collaborate with video editors on production elements such as briefs, edits, trailers, and clips.
- Coordinate with graphic designers to produce engaging, high-click-through thumbnails and conduct A/B testing.
- Manage scheduling, posting, and content distribution on YouTube and podcast platforms, liaising with other channel owners.
- Evaluate content performance through data analysis to inform iterative improvements and align with business goals.
- Stay informed on evolving eCommerce and marketing trends via ongoing learning and research.
- Facilitate communication and teamwork using tools like Slack and Google Meet, while upholding company culture.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in managing content calendars, ideation, and scripting for videos.
- Solid knowledge of optimization strategies for LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- 1-2 years in content marketing, podcasting, and distribution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to various video formats and audiences.
