- Demonstrate confidence in analyzing and interpreting intricate project briefs
- Communicate ideas and updates effectively
- Collaborate seamlessly with creative, technical, operations, and customer service teams
- Maintain rigorous quality assurance and review processes, ensuring precise file organization for both manual and templated asset delivery
- Adhere to defined creative standards when adapting existing work or developing original content

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Photoshop
- Basic skills in Figma
- Capability to produce high-quality graphics and motion assets rapidly with a proactive and flexible mindset
- Solid grasp of fundamental digital content production workflows
- Willingness to master new platform technologies
- Familiarity with JavaScript and After Effects expressions (preferred but not required)
- Background in UX/UI design systems or modular design principles (advantageous)
