getolo, Germany’s leading InsurTech, seeks a Junior Content Marketing Manager to enhance its marketing team by producing data-driven content for brands like petolo, dentolo, and vitolo. This full-time hybrid position in Berlin emphasizes performance content for ads and CRM channels, involving close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive business impact through testing and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop text for performance-focused content, particularly for paid social ads, Google Ads/SEA, and native advertising
- Create and refine CRM and email content, including welcome and onboarding sequences, customer retention and upsell communications, reactivation, and campaign emails
- Handle incoming content requests for performance and CRM channels in coordination with other teams
- Assist in conceptualizing, creating, and optimizing offer pages and other conversion-oriented materials
- Perform proofreading and quality assurance on all texts to align with tone of voice and brand guidelines
- Collaborate closely with creative, growth, and performance teams to test and implement new ideas rapidly
- Proactively utilize AI tools for content creation and contribute to process improvements, such as custom GPTs for performance purposes
- Support performance tracking by monitoring metrics like CTR, conversion rates, and open rates, and identifying optimization opportunities
- Monitor trends, competitors, and best practices in performance and CRM marketing
- Review, maintain, and respond to written comments on ads across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to foster a positive environment for potential customers
Qualifications
- Strong passion for content marketing, performance marketing, and data-driven communication
- Excellent written German proficiency (C1-C2 level) with solid English skills
- Initial practical experience in content, performance marketing, CRM, or online marketing, such as through student jobs, internships, or entry-level roles
- Solid understanding of how text performs in channels like social ads, Google Ads, native ads, and email
- Interest in KPIs, testing, and optimization to grasp what makes content effective
- Structured, reliable work style with enthusiasm for teamwork
- Openness to feedback and eagerness for professional and personal growth
- Familiarity with AI tools for content generation (preferred)
- Interest in digital business models and willingness to learn about insurance topics (preferred)
