Support LawY’s marketing efforts by creating digital-first design assets while contributing across performance campaigns, social, events and operations in a fast-paced scaling startup.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-volume digital creative for ads, social, landing pages, ebooks, email and product mock-ups
- Launch, test and iterate campaigns based on performance data
- Manage end-to-end branded merch including design, inventory and distribution for events
- Assist on-site at events: packing, shipping, stall setup and activations
- Create print and physical assets such as banners and flyers
- Collaborate on campaign concepts with the performance, product and creative teams
- Handle marketing ops tasks including social scheduling, email sends and website updates
- Maintain brand consistency and keep asset library, templates and guidelines organised
Qualifications
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating thinking, range and shipped work
- Design training or self-taught equivalent with proof through portfolio
- 1–3 years experience including internships, freelance or junior roles
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite; Figma advantageous
- Clear, concise English writing and basic marketing copy skills
- Exposure to HubSpot or similar and interest in AI’s impact on creative work desirable
- Curiosity about marketing, performance and AI alongside core design skills
- Comfort moving between strategic creative and hands-on operational tasks
- Openness to feedback in a test-and-learn environment
