Support LawY’s marketing efforts by creating digital-first design assets while contributing across performance campaigns, social, events and operations in a fast-paced scaling startup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce high-volume digital creative for ads, social, landing pages, ebooks, email and product mock-ups
  • Launch, test and iterate campaigns based on performance data
  • Manage end-to-end branded merch including design, inventory and distribution for events
  • Assist on-site at events: packing, shipping, stall setup and activations
  • Create print and physical assets such as banners and flyers
  • Collaborate on campaign concepts with the performance, product and creative teams
  • Handle marketing ops tasks including social scheduling, email sends and website updates
  • Maintain brand consistency and keep asset library, templates and guidelines organised

Qualifications

  • Strong design portfolio demonstrating thinking, range and shipped work
  • Design training or self-taught equivalent with proof through portfolio
  • 1–3 years experience including internships, freelance or junior roles
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite; Figma advantageous
  • Clear, concise English writing and basic marketing copy skills
  • Exposure to HubSpot or similar and interest in AI’s impact on creative work desirable
  • Curiosity about marketing, performance and AI alongside core design skills
  • Comfort moving between strategic creative and hands-on operational tasks
  • Openness to feedback in a test-and-learn environment
