Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with client objectives
- Plan, launch, and manage digital campaigns across channels
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance
- Create and schedule content for social media, blogs, and emails ensuring brand consistency
- Manage social media engagement and stay current with trends
- Assist with paid ads on platforms like Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
- Track metrics, prepare reports, and provide performance insights
- Serve as main contact for client communications on campaigns and strategies
- Maintain organized assets, calendars, and track time accurately
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and digital strategies
- Excellent communication and creative thinking abilities
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Capacity to handle multiple clients and deadlines independently in remote setting
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
- 2–4+ years of marketing experience including digital campaigns, content, and analytics
- Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Hootsuite
- Experience with social media platforms, ad managers, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Familiarity with Google Analytics
- Reliable internet, computer, phone; ability to maintain confidentiality
- Availability during PST/EST business hours Monday–Friday
