Entry-level Marketing Intern supporting proposal and promotional efforts at a multi-service infrastructure consulting firm through document formatting, graphics work, and data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Format resumes and project descriptions in Adobe InDesign to meet firm standards
• Edit professional headshots and images in Adobe Photoshop
• Enter and update project, resume, and client data in Deltek Vantagepoint
• Organize and maintain marketing assets and files across Teams, OpenAsset, and Box
• Assist with basic graphics, presentations, and marketing collateral
• Collaborate with marketing staff and attend team meetings
• Support additional projects and assignments as needed

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, English, or a related field
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Familiarity with MS365 Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively, accept direction and feedback
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured team environment
