This part-time summer internship opportunity within the Marketing Communications team at Kestra Medical Technologies involves supporting the production of video and motion graphic content for various internal and external channels, including presentations, digital platforms, social media, and sales materials, in a regulated medical device setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete a culminating video or motion design project
  • Assist with video production activities, including filming, lighting setup, and audio capture
  • Support the creation of motion graphics and animations, including developing storyboards and animation concepts
  • Edit video content for short-form videos, presentations, and digital assets
  • Present internship project results and findings to the Marketing team and executive leadership

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in second year or higher undergraduate program in fine arts, design, or related field
  • One to three years of motion design work experience
  • Attention to detail and strong knowledge of design applications, techniques, and styles
  • Ability to articulate creative ideas verbally and in writing
  • Focused creative thinking while managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Advanced knowledge of Premiere, After Effects, Media Encoder, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Cloud (preferred)
  • Advanced knowledge of video shooting, editing, color correction, and compositing (preferred)
  • Advanced knowledge of videography equipment (preferred)
  • Working knowledge of 2D and 3D animation (preferred)
