LV Collective seeks a creative, digitally adept intern to gain practical experience in content marketing, email campaigns, and website management for its student housing operations in Austin.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop original blog content such as articles, resources, and case studies for corporate and property websites to engage visitors via search, social media, and email lists
- Create, revise, and help design educational materials for website Learning Centers, including eBooks and fact sheets
- Support website maintenance, focusing on blog posts and landing pages
- Perform keyword analysis and refine website content to enhance search engine performance and attract relevant audiences
- Develop and format email campaigns for corporate and property programs
- Craft monthly email newsletters, handling writing, layout, and sending
- Contribute to evaluating and reporting on marketing efforts
- Handle additional tasks and projects as needed
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a bachelor’s program, ideally in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a similar discipline
- Background in managing content production, email initiatives, or website operations for organizations, though not mandatory
- Proficient in English grammar and style, with familiarity in AP guidelines as a plus
- Knowledgeable about social platforms like Instagram and TikTok
- Availability of dependable computer and internet access, plus Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional writing and editing abilities
- Adept at online research and web navigation
- Effective at task prioritization and seeking guidance when needed
- Superior organization and time management
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong verbal and written professional communication
- Preferred: Proficiency in WordPress, HubSpot, Asana, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, inbound marketing principles, and digital asset management tools like Canto
